Unexpected Pedro

The San Pedro Waterfront Arts District (formerly the Arts, Culture & Entertainment District) has begun to bring public art to the downtown area. The first step is complete. There are five DOT utility boxes along Pacific and 9th Streets, each is unique and responding to the selected theme “Unexpected Pedro”.

Our theme is Unexpected Pedro and the first five artists were selected by the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District’s Design Advisory Panel.
