Pacific and Fifth – painted by Casey Courey-Pickering
Casey’s design is entitled “Sight and Sound” and includes two children on opposite sides of the utility box. He believes art, music and literature are endless avenues of intrigue, imagination and discovery and children have the most abundant visions in relation to these outlets. He wants these two playful images to jump off the box, with their vivid memories and day dreams to be the last thing one would expect on a utility box.
