Call for Artists. The San Pedro Waterfront Arts District is asking artists to submit their ideas for painting five more DOT Utility boxes on Harbor Boulevard between 5th and 7th streets. There will be a pre-submittal conference at the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, February 24th at 6:00pm. Artists’ submissions are due on Monday, March 23rd. The five selected artists will each receive a fee. Click here for details and forms
